Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every postcode in the United Kingdom, Monday to Friday. Free next-day delivery is available on orders over £50.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no minimum order — but spending £50 or more unlocks free next-day delivery to your door.
Are your products organic and ethically sourced?
Yes — every Pukka blend is certified organic by the Soil Association, and we are a certified B Corp. We work to Fair for Life standards, so the herbs we source support the growers and communities behind them. Full certification details are listed on each product page and filterable from any category.
How do you keep chilled & frozen items fresh?
All chilled and frozen products are packed with insulated liners and ice packs that maintain temperature for up to 24 hours from dispatch — well within the next-day delivery window.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same working day. Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days, and next-day delivery is available at checkout. Free next-day delivery is included on orders over £50.
Do you cater for organisations and events?
We do — cafes, offices, events and corporate orders welcome. Contact us via the events form for bulk pricing and bespoke selection.
